Thank you so much for posting this response. When I first saw this "deprogramming" video, it made perfect sense to me and I was really beginning to wonder if I wasn't maybe "brainwashed" or something and it wasn't all just some NWO ploy. But watching your response showed me how ridiculous and fear-based it was. But I have to admit I can see where his fears were coming from. I mean, if you look at it from his point of view, (not that I'm defending him), it is entirely possible for someone to come along and totally warp everything the zeitgeist movement stands for and use it to carry out a dictatorial world government with one person ruling it all.
But now that I think about it, isn't that true of any new social/political/economic activist movement? Besides, the fact is, we NEED a new world order. And it is my opinion that there are two ways to go about this: the way we are going, which I think is the path of greed, manipulation and fear or a path which has never been tried before, a path based on reason and logic and an understanding of what actually matters, based on finding solutions to the world's problems, not perpetuating them. (Sorry for the run-on sentence there.) I guess what I'm trying to say is that the world needs to join together for one common purpose and we can either do that naturally, recognizing that which we hold in common with others, or through force, cowering to the power of one person, as he uses us like pawns to satisfy his own selfish purposes. But one thing is certain: one way or another, we MUST join together, for, in the words of Carl Sagan, "a world divided is doomed".
All in all, I think ThomasSheridanArts was just plagued by the fears which we all face, fears of catastrophic scenarios fed to us by mainstream media. But I think if any of these catastrophes (ie alien takeovers, giant meteors hitting the earth, the eruption of super-volcanos, worldwide floods, nuclear winters, etc.), were to actually happen, we would be one hell of a lot more likely to survive them under a resource-based economy than anything we've got now. If anything, the current system is a lot more likely to trigger one of these disasters than protect us from one. Anyway, sorry for my rambling and thanks for the vid.

The words certainly have an intuitive appeal to those of us with a few "alternative" ideas about the way things really work in this world, but it's far too absolute a rejection of the scientific profession in my opinion. I wonder if Dr. Duesburg still holds these views.

By googling his name I discovered this interview, which includes a mild mannered critique of Dr. Duesburg from another scientist, who's fallabilist approach strikes me as a more measured and appropriate approach than the perhaps understandably bitter over-generalization Dr. Duesburg appears to have fallen prey to.

Incidentally, since this is my first comment here, allow me to congratulate you on your own measured and appropriate response to this bizarre world we live in. Keep up the good work ;-)

Bang on, its a really hard subject to get across to people because its a really deep thinking pattern. But I too have come to this idea over many years and thinking about it deeply. To sum up what I feel in short is that we are all products of our environment and we have no real choice. But we do have the power to intervene in others life and provide them with choice. Maybe if we really on a meditation level really got into our own deeper unconscious thought patterns we could have more power over our own destines. Who knows but that's kind of what I think at the moment.

I learned Spanish in 5 days and wrote a book that teaches English, Spanish, Italian & French, all at the same time in the same book.
I created a website to make the books freely available to the world. I also talk allot about the NWO and Zeitgeist and whatnot and I am turning the book into a movie (for youtube)
OK, while doing this, I was traveling (hitchhiking) mainly in Mexico and using flyers to collect donations and promote the website (sometimes also selling copies of the book). And I do enjoy teaching, and would love to do it for free. I agree with the video in that my promoting the site turned into simply a way of making money so that i didn't have to sleep on the street, and lost much of its fun. Unfortunately, I got tired of sleeping on the street and that's just what it became. Now the thing is that at one point I was traveling with a friend who was taking care of expenses and I didn't work very hard to promote the site. Now maybe if things were different and I would be able to teach it would be something I would like, but it seems that the need to collect hotel money is often what kept me out there in the streets. And a greater point is that I was often sooo frustrated with these crappy parents that aren't ever going to use the book to teach the kids, often not even to learn themselves, that at least when I was collecting donations it gave me the ability to say, "Well if they give me some money, I guess it's still worth it. They are still helping me, even if they aren't going to help themselves or others."
There is a story in my book about a free class in Panama that I setup. I distributed around 3000 flyers promoting a free class one weekend at a church with which I was working. Whatever my need for money (and there wasn't much (everything was taken care of by the church) the money didn't matter. ABSOLUTELY no one showed up to the class! It's hard to feel intrinsic motivation when people suck so much...

Rudy Davis blocked me from his YT channel about two weeks ago. I've been studying Rudy since I first found out about him after typing in "evil zeitgeist" on YT.

He is our worst case scenario on the kinds of people who'll give us real problems with a RBE. If we can change this persons mind around in favor of this sacred movement (Zeitgeist/Venus/any who hold similar truths) this would be valuable information as there're many Rudy's "lonestar1776" in the world, especially here in the USA.

These kinds of people will be valuable assets to our cause if we can (I hate to use the word) "convert" them to our way of understanding,or thinking.

At this time I have my doubts on this mans true character as he's clearly been blinded by a nasty fog of faith that clouds the mind from reality. Deep down I know that it can be done, if not for Rudy then for others like him who're equally trapped in this nasty fog of faith.

Like the founders of this Nation who had Tories to deal with,we have our lonestar1776 who our very similar to the Tories of not so long ago. We can compare them to the birthers,or tea party types of today. In the end the Tory had to submit to a people who just wanted to be free.

Just look at these conservative/capitalist/Tory (I have to say it,"Christians") type characters of today and how they take full credit for the founding fathers of yesterday. Their faith blinds them from the realities of today as well as the histories of yesterday exposing this nasty heavy fog that blinds them.

So much to say,so little time. Keep up the good work, sincerely Mark,AKA DeistReality
